Naswar has reportedly been added to the list of chemicals that are now illegal in all Arab Middle Eastern nations, according to the Anti-Narcotics Force.
According to ANF, under the new law, anyone discovered in possession of Naswar will be prosecuted with a crime and punished severely.
Therefore, Naswar is not allowed to travel there with any citizens of Pakistan. In this respect, ANF has provided spoken instructions to all airports, and for the convenience of travellers, written instructions have also been displayed.
According to a CAA notification, the ban would apply to every member of the airport staff, including the CAA division. Any employee discovered consuming GUTKA and NASWAR on airport premises will be subject to severe penalty, said the CAA letter.
